Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jili898 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jili898 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jili898 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jili898 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. jili898 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jili898 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. jili898 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

All financial transactions on jili898 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jili898 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jili898's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jili898 is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili898 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jili898 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on jili898 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

jili898 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or compliance with regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings under applicable Philippine tax law. jili898 does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

jili898 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jili898 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

6.2 Disconnections

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, game errors, or system failures.
• Loss of data or account information due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances outside jili898's reasonable control.

jili898's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Informal Resolution

The informal resolution process shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the initial complaint, unless both parties agree to extend this period.

12.2 Complaints Procedure

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within a reasonable timeframe. jili898 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the complainant in writing.
